A full rebuild is not always the right starting point. We review your current theme, product catalog, design requirements, and the changes your team makes most often. If targeted sections or template improvements can meet the brief, those can be scoped separately. For a new theme, the deliverables should name the page templates, reusable sections, and interactions before development starts.
The work can include product and collection templates, navigation, variant selection, cart interactions, and content sections. I plan how those pieces behave on smaller screens and how merchants edit them. Repeated patterns become reusable components, while product-specific content can be managed through agreed data fields rather than duplicated templates.
A theme is only useful if the team can operate it. The agreed handoff can include guidance for section settings, template assignment, and routine content updates. Before launch, we review representative products, empty and unavailable states, mobile layouts, and the path from browsing to cart. Integrations and checkout requirements are scoped against the capabilities of your store and plan.
